To clean Invisalign aligners follow these steps. 

  1. Rinse your aligners with lukewarm water
  2. Brush your aligners with a soft-bristle toothbrush and any type of mouthwash
  3. Rinse your aligners thoroughly with water
  4. Store in a protective case or pop them back in your mouth

Toothpaste will work fine in a pinch but is not recommended for everyday cleaning and maintenance.
