What to Expect from Treatment Timelines

For our younger patients in Phase I treatment—typically between ages 7 and 10—we usually keep treatment under 15 months. These early interventions are designed to create space, guide jaw development, and address issues before they become more complex.
For most adolescents and adults, Invisalign treatment typically lasts between 15 and 18 months. In cases where deeper bite correction or more advanced tooth movement is needed, treatment may extend up to 24 months. That timeframe is completely normal and still considered highly efficient for comprehensive orthodontic care.
Throughout the process, we check in regularly and make adjustments as needed to keep treatment on track while minimizing delays.
