NVO Named 2018 Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year

Northern Virginia Orthodontics took home top honors at the 24th Annual Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards, including the title of 2018 Small Business of the Year – the night’s most prestigious title.

During the ceremony held on Thursday, November 1, 2018, in Leesburg, Va., NVO also received the 2018 Health & Wellness Business of the Year award.

“We’re very honored to be named Loudoun County Small Business of the Year by the Chamber,” said Dr. Zach Casagrande, founder of NVO. “It’s an affirmation of my vision to build a practice that is focused on patient experience and excellent clinical results—and to simultaneously grow into a company that impacts the community in so many ways. Our team is the best in the business, from our doctors and operations team, to every one of our clinical assistants. This has enabled us to treat the most Invisalign patients in North America, and donate over $1.2 million in the fight against pediatric cancer.”

The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce began awarding exceptional local business with the title of “Small Business of the Year” in 1994, and NVO is proud to be the first orthodontic practice to have ever earned this designation.

“We are proud to receive this award, and look forward to continuing to improve lives both inside and outside of our offices,” stated Dr. Casagrande.

Northern Virginia Orthodontics opened its doors in Brambleton in 2008 with just two team members and two scheduled patients. Since then, NVO has grown to include 50 employees in two locations, and has changed over 15,000 smiles. This year, NVO launched its own 501(c)(3), The NVO Foundation, with a mission of partnering with programs and organizations that are actively impacting the fight against cancer and the greatest needs of the community.
