Am I a candidate for Smile Express?

When you come in for your complimentary exam and consultation, our doctors and treatment coordinators will determine your candidacy based on the complexity and length of your treatment plan.

How do I start?

After your complimentary consultation your treatment coordinator will go over your contract and answer any questions you may have. After than, an Invisalign specialist will scan your teeth using one of our digital iTero Scanners and we’ll handle the rest! Once your aligners arrive, you simply pop them on starting with set #1 and wear them for 20-22 hours a day for 1 week before switching to the next set!

Do I have to come in for an appointment?

Yes. You will been seen in our office on 2 occasions: once to get started and once for your final evaluation. If necessary, a third appointment may be required for a refinement scan.

How often will I see a doctor?

You will be evaluated by a doctor at each of your appointments. Once at your initial visit for your complimentary consultation and once at your final evaluation.

What’s the difference between Smile Express and full treatment?

Smile Express by NVO provides you the most flexibility possible will still achieving amazing results. Smile Express cases are shorter in length and are ideal for those looking to make minor adjustments to achieve the perfect smile. Full treatment cases include correction for more complex issues that require more frequent office visits.

What do I need to do to get started?

Our patient care coordinators will work with your schedule and reserve a time for you to come in, meet with a treatment coordinator and be evaluated by one of our doctors.

How long will it take to receive my aligners?

Once your digital iTero scan is processed, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks for you to receive your first set of aligners.

Who is my concierge?

Your concierge is Caroline! She is your point of contact throughout your treatment process and will be there to answer any questions you might have.

Why do I have a concierge?

Just because you’re not visiting our offices as frequently as other NVO patients doesn’t mean you should miss out on NVO’s exceptional customer service.
