NVO GIRL SCOUTS COOKIE CONTEST

Calling all Girl Scouts – Northern Virginia Orthodontics is looking to support our local Girl Scouts troops!

Please fill out the form below and NVO will randomly choose six Girl Scouts troops to purchase a case of cookies from.

We will be collecting entries until February 1, and will select the winners on Friday, February 4.
