How do I get entered into the drawing?

When one of your friends lists you as their referrer when they come in for their exam, your name will be entered.

Do they have to start treatment?

They must start treatment to receive a gift card. They only need to come in for an exam for a Yeti Roadie entry.

Do family members count?

Family members are eligible for one entry into the drawing.
